All items supplied by Macrefresh Ltd are supplied with a RTB Warranty, 1 year for parts and upgrades or 3 years for full Mac Pro systems. Your warranty validation period will be specified on listings and website.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us you may return it within 14 days of recepit of goods for a 100% refund of your purchase price. Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be returned by the method that the original payment was made.
Macrefresh Ltd will not refund the costs of opened or activated software including the enclosed operating system disc (or if the Certificate of Authenticity has been removed).
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA), which must appear on all communication regarding the returned item and on the outside of the shipping packaging. All original items and original packaging must be included in the return. Any items that are not returned and/or any items that are damaged will be deducted from the refund. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Certain custom built products may not be covered under this 14 day Money Back Guarantee. Macrefresh Ltd will provide telephone, email or remote technical assistance if necessary via a high-speed internet connection using secure remote help software on working business days (Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm) whilst the warranty is valid on the following:-
· Hardware related issues for the purchased system or parts.
· Software installation if purchased from Macrefresh Ltd
· Software issues regarding the operating system loaded by Macrefresh Ltd
If you discover a defect, please telephone or email in the first instance so the fault can be logged and assessed by a technician. If hardware needs to be returned to Macrefresh Ltd you will be issued with an RMA number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping packaging. Please note that obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorisation number does not automatically guarantee that your product will be repaired under warranty.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by problems with electrical power, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, product has been modified without the written permission of Macrefresh Ltd or if serial number has been removed or defaced. An inspection fee of £35.00 plus carriage charges if applicable will apply if a warranty repair is declined.
This RTB warranty applies only to hardware purchased. Within 30 days of purchase, Macrefresh Ltd will arrange collection of faulty item. After 30 days of delivery date it is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item to us for repair or replacement.
Please ensure your system or parts are packed securely for transit. Do not enclose any adaptors, power leads or disks unless instructed to do so. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment you are sending for repair via courier (our courier or your own courier) is securely packaged for transit in either manufacturer specified packaging, Macrefresh packaging or equivalent (surrounded by at least 3”- 4” bubble wrap, foam or similar product before being placed in the box). Please also ensure that if you are instructed to pack anything other than the unit, that they are packaged within the box with covering and not touching the screen if applicable. Sending a laptop in its carry case does not constitute manufacturers packaging and should not be done.
If after finding that the problem is covered under this warranty, Macrefresh Ltd, will at its option, repair or replace the product at no additional charge to you, provided the problem is a legitimate warranty concern, and that you return it during the valid warranty period and you have been provided with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number prior to shipping your defective product.
When repairing Macrefresh Ltd equipment, we will restore the product to proper working condition in accordance with sold specifications in effect at the time the product was sold or replace the defective product with a product that is at least equivalent to the original product. Macrefresh Ltd reserves the right to use new or reconditioned parts.
Whilst we will endeavour to save any data, Macrefresh Ltd cannot be responsible for any data loss that may occur whilst being repaired under warranty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have backed up all data. If a system re-install is required then we will only load the operating system which was supplied at the time of purchase. Any additional programmes that may have been loaded after purchase cannot be installed by Macrefresh Ltd.
We will endeavour to diagnose, repair or replace the item within 10 days of delivery to Macrefresh Ltd. However in certain circumstances there may be a delay if we are awaiting parts. We always strive to return the item as soon as possible if we can.
